Along with the development of society, the public works serving community are increasingly being invested and expanded. Improved quality of life requires stricter standards to meet living and working demand, especially safety and hygiene issues when respiratory diseases are increasingly common and dangerous currently. In order for cleaning and disinfection process to achieve optimal efficiency, it is indispensable with the support of "tools" which are chemicals. However, to choose chemicals that are both effective and safe for health and eco-friendly is a concern of everyone!

As the official distributor of Diversey (USA) in Vietnam, all of our products have clear origins, full safety certifications and can be easily searched for information.  With deep industry experience, JD&C would like to introduce chemical solution packages for public areas such as lobby, WC area, hand sanitizers, deodorants like:

1.    Chemicals for lobby area:
-    Floor mopping: NOBLA LIQUID PLUS is a floor cleaning chemical that effectively cleans and disinfects surfaces, walls, ceilings and equipment. (ratio 1:50 - 1:250)
-    Chemical polishing of stainless steel surfaces: SUMA INOX is a chemical that helps polish stainless steel used on stainless steel surfaces mainly used periodically. Not for use on food contact surfaces.
-    Carpet cleaning chemicals include 3 types:
EXTRACTION CLEANER is a carpet cleaning chemical by the spray method (ratio 1:128 – 1:640)
SOIL RELEASE/BONNET BUFF is a stain remover that cleans and smooths carpet fibers (using pure undiluted)
SHAMPOO CONCENTRATE is a carpet cleaning chemical by the "shampoo" method with a scrubber (with a ratio of 1:32 - 1:64).
Marble floor polishing chemicals: SNAP BACK is a chemical that enhances gloss by spraying, buffing. Floor with high gloss, durable, anti-slip when used regularly. Also helps remove black heels, scratches, cracks and dirt to help keep floors looking their best (1 Gallon => 2,300-2,700 m²).
2.    Chemicals for WC area:
- Toilet cleaning chemicals: CREW is an acid-based cleaning and disinfecting chemical that helps remove dirt, dust, limescale, stains and helps to deodorize and remove odors caused by bacteria (ratio) 1:1 – 1:10 )
- EMEREL chemical helps to clean all stubborn stains such as yellow stains, rust...
3.    Hand sanitizer:
- Chemicals for hand hygiene: SOFT CARE PLUSH H41
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer & QAC: SU 394 with the combination of 2 alcohol-based & QAC will increase the ability to disinfect and achieve the highest efficiency.
4.    Chemical deodorant:
- Chemical TASKI R5: not only deodorizes well but also brings a pleasant fragrance (ratio 1:10).
5.    Chemicals for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces:
- Use chemical DIVERSOL CX with chlorine base (4-6gr/liter) used to spray on surfaces that have been cleaned and left to dry naturally. Chemicals have been certified to be in contact with food and safe for human.
